Shipping & Delivery Policy – Products

For customers within India, orders are shipped exclusively through registered domestic courier services and/or Speed Post. Orders are dispatched within 15 working days or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation, subject to the timelines of the courier company or postal authorities.

ECO OFFICE SOLUTIONS guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier or postal service within the specified timeframe but is not responsible for delays caused by these third parties. Delivery will always be made to the registered billing address associated with the buyer’s credit/debit card unless otherwise specified during the order process.

We take utmost care in packing, but ECO OFFICE SOLUTIONS is not liable for any damage that occurs during transit. Payments are processed through fast, secure gateways, and we accept all major credit and debit cards.

Delivery Charges for Multiple Units & Products

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. When multiple products from the same category are purchased, their weights are combined, and a single delivery fee is applied.

For example:
If you order three products weighing 200g, 250g, and 400g, you will pay the delivery charge for a single consignment weighing between 500g and 1kg (₹85), instead of paying separate charges for each item (₹142).

The shipping cost for each product is already built into its price and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
